One of our favorite and most popular classes of the year, just in time for the Holidays! In this engaging 3-hour intensive workshop, Nicole will teach you everything you need to know to make a tender, flaky pie crust from scratch. She will also cover valuable tips and tricks for avoiding common pitfalls like shrinking crusts and soggy bottoms. During the class, we will create an incredible pumpkin pie and a delicious apple galette, and each participant will make their own disc of dough to take home.
