Nicole’s passion for cooking is contagious!

Whether you’re an aspiring cook who wants to learn the basics, or a seasoned pro looking to up your culinary game, Nicole’s style of teaching will bring out the inner chef in everyone. 

Her small class sizes ensure personalized attention and have a relaxed feel of cooking at home with friends and family. Classes are currently held at Dry Comal Creek Vineyards and Gourmage Wine and Cheese Shop in New Braunfels. Nicole also teaches small group baking workshops in her home kitchen.

We’ll dive into the heart of rustic Greek home cooking—where every dish is vibrant, herb‑kissed, and bursting with Mediterranean warmth. You’ll chop, sizzle, and fold your way through a menu that feels both comforting and transportive: crisp, colorful horiatiki salad; golden, ruffled‑phyllo spanakopita hot from the skillet; and tender, aromatic keftedes paired with cool, fragrant tzatziki.

It’s the kind of cooking that fills the kitchen with laughter, olive oil, and the promise of a truly memorable meal.

The theme was an Evening in Tuscany: Tuscan Mushroom & Grape Crostini, Tuscan Panzanella Salad, Skillet Lemon Rosemary Chicken and Chocolate Budino with roasted nuts and bourbon spiked whipped cream for desert. Amazing flavors! Can’t wait to have friends over for dinner and serve them this delicious meal.

  • I attended the Springtime in Paris class today! It was so much fun. The ladies were fun and Nicole the Instructor was on top of her game! This was my 3rd class and another one next week. The menu was delicious and the strawberry souffle was incredible. I learn so much from these classes that I take home and make for my husband! I highly recommend taking whatever you like from Nicole. She knows her recipes and is an excellent instructor.

  • I took the pasta class and it was an amazing experience! It's 100% beginner friendly, you don't need to know a thing; however, I have made pasta before and got all of the tips and tricks that I needed to improve my pasta, so you don't have to be a beginner either. Nicole explained every step clearly, and the end result was beyond delicious! I'm looking forward to taking more classes here in the future and I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to cook.
