In this immersive, hands-on workshop, you will learn the craft of transforming humble potatoes into pillowy, restaurant‑quality gnocchi. Nicole will cover everything from selecting and preparing the right potatoes, mastering the dough, different shaping techniques, and how to cook to bring out the delicate texture that defines exceptional gnocchi. We will also discover the beauty of real Italian fontina cheese and how to use it to create a decadent sauce.

Sun‑soaked Spanish flavors take center stage in this vibrant, hands‑on cooking class. Explore the bold ingredients that define Iberian cuisine—smoked paprika, garlic, rosemary, and rich olive oil. It’s a class designed to transport you straight to Spain—vibrant, rustic, and full of flavor.
Pan con tomate, a simple yet perfect marriage of toasted bread, ripe tomatoes, and good olive oil
Blistered green beans with chorizo, a dish that balances smoky spice with fresh snap
Bistec a la Española, featuring melt‑in‑your‑mouth wagyu sirloin infused with classic Spanish aromatics.
Crema Catalana, decadent custard kissed with citrus and caramelized sugar.
