Artisan Pasta Workshop-2 SPOTS AVAILABLE!
Saturday April 19, 11:30—2:30 p.m.
Making pasta from scratch takes a little practice, but the results are worth the effort! This 2.5-hour hands-on workshop will teach you everything you need to know about the art of handmade pasta.
We’ll use a variety of seasonal, fresh herbs to infuse our dough, cut the dough into fettuccine, and create a light yet decadent lemon cream sauce that you’ll want to make over and over again. As a nod to spring, we’ll roast plump asparagus to toss with our pasta and sauce. Molte bene!
