Seaside Supper

Tuesday July 15 6-8 p.m.

This class will transport you to the seaside on a warm summer evening. We will use the freshest summer tomatoes and ripe nectarines in a new riff on caprese salad. We’ll craft the perfect crab cake, pan sear it to perfection, and serve it slider-style on sweet buns with a bright lemon aioli and a refreshing basil slaw. Dessert is a sweet twist on peak-season corn that will have you wishing summer wouldn't end. 

-Spicy tomato and nectarine salad
-Fresh crab cake sliders with lemon aioli and herb slaw
-Sweet corn ice cream with blackberry sauce
