Dumplings and Potstickers Workshop
Saturday May 17, 11:30—2:30 p.m.
Learn how to make dumplings and potstickers from scratch! This fun, hands-on workshop will focus on the techniques for pan-fried dumplings and potstickers using scratch-made doughs, and also an open-faced steamed dumpling using store bought dough, perfect for when time is not on your side! Together we’ll make:
-Spicy beef and basil potstickers
-Pork and vegetable potstickers
-Shrimp and cilantro shumai (dumplings)
Allergy info: shellfish, wheat, gluten, soy
Menus are subject to change without notice due to product availability. This class will be held at Gourmage Wine and Cheese Shop in New Braunfels, located at 270 W San Antonio St, New Braunfels, TX 78130. Guests must be 21+. Wine and beer are available to purchase from Gourmage (no outside alcohol permitted).
