In this class, we will prepare a truly wonderful, spring-inspired menu featuring a selection of beloved Bistro classics:

-Roasted asparagus with crispy leeks and capers
-Sauteed chicken breasts with tarragon
-Cardamom poached pears

This class will be held at Gourmage Wine and Cheese Shop in New Braunfels, located at 270 W San Antonio St, New Braunfels, TX 78130.  Guests must be 21+. Wine and beer are available to purchase from Gourmage (no outside alcohol permitted).
