This class will guide you through the secrets to creating perfectly golden, fluffy scones every time, and cover essential techniques for achieving the ideal texture (no more dry/crumbly scones!). Together we’ll bake both a sweet and savory variation.

  • Lemon blueberry scones

  • Gruyere, walnut and black pepper scones
