Proper knife skills are vital for all levels of cooks and involve more than just slicing and dicing. This 2-hour workshop will help you build confidence in the kitchen and become a more accomplished cook. We will cover what to look for when buying knives, how to hold them, clean them, sharpen them, and most importantly, how to cut with them. Class will cover several different knife cuts from basic to advanced. A light snack will be served during class.
