If you’re feeling stuck in a rut with seafood cookery, take a swim with us and discover a variety of different methods for preparing mouthwatering fish. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cook looking to refine your skills, we’ll guide you through what to look for when buying seafood, and several essential techniques to handle and cook fish like a pro. We’ll cover two different cooking techniques in class, one chef demo and one class-prepare, and we’ll also whip up a perfectly creamy pot of polenta to accompany our fish, making for a satisfying meal.
