Thursday January 15, 6-8 p.m.
Step into the vibrant heart of Italy without ever leaving town! This engaging, hands-on cooking class celebrates hearty and authentic Italian dishes that embody comfort, generosity, and bold, rich flavors that truly warm the soul. Together, we’ll prepare a bright, citrusy salad, cut fresh pasta dough into fettuccini and create a flavorful mock pasta col tocco d’arrosto, and make generously sized meatballs with an incredibly delicate, cloud-like texture.
