This class is all about bringing Autum’s best ingredients to the table, celebrating the flavors of the season with a menu that’s both comforting and elegant. Together, we’ll prepare tender chicken Saltimbocca, perfectly crisp Hasselback potatoes, and a vibrant fall salad featuring hearty greens, apples, walnuts, and Manchego. We’ll end on a sweet note with decadent pumpkin creme brulee—a festive twist on a timeless classic.
