There’s so much to love about a good French Bistro—the calligraphic swirl on the chalkboard menu, the conversation over the clinking of plates and glasses, and smell of garlic butter wafting through the air. And then there’s the food; so familiar, so comforting, yet unpretentious and inviting. Join us as we prepare some classic Bistro favorites you can recreate at home any time.

-Garlic toasts with goat cheese and herb salad
-Haricots verts amandine (French-style green beans with almonds & brown butter)
-Poulet Moutard (chicken with mustard sauce)
-Orange cardamom crème brûlée

Allergy info: dairy, eggs, gluten/wheat, nuts

Menus are subject to change without notice due to product availability. This class will be held at Dry Comal Creek Vineyards; guests must be 21+. Wine is available to purchase from Dry Comal Creek (no outside alcohol permitted, thank you for your cooperation).
