In this engaging 3-hour workshop, Nicole will guide you step-by-step through making rough puff pastry, a method that simplifies the traditional lamination process while still delivering wonderfully buttery, flaky, and bakery-quality results. Puff pastry is incredibly versatile and perfect for creating both sweet treats and savory dishes, making it an essential skill for any baker. Together we’ll be making:
-Fall apple hand pies
-Classic cheese straws
