French Baking Series: Mastering Macarons
Thursday April 3, 11:30-2:30 p.m.
Macarons are beautiful, delicate cookies that have a reputation for being quite fussy to make. In this 3-hour hands-on workshop, you will learn techniques for making meringue, mastering macaronage, proper piping, baking, and filling. Each participant will take home a box of macarons that we bake in class.
-Chocolate macarons with dark chocolate ganache
-Raspberry macarons with white chocolate raspberry ganache
Allergy info: Dairy, eggs
Nicole's kitchen is located in Vintage Oaks. Participants will receive an email one week prior to class with address and parking information. A light snack will be provided during class.
