Ready to master the art of steak night at home? In this class, you’ll learn how to cook restaurant-quality steaks with pro techniques— perfect sears, ideal doneness, and that crave-worthy crust. We’ll also master a pan sauce, whip up warm, comforting steakhouse sides, and make an addictive chocolate cake right on the stove!

-Porcini-rubbed steak au poivre with smashed frites
