Along Italy’s Amalfi Coast, bright and fragrant lemons are the secret ingredient in just about every dish. This engaging class will utilize lemons in a variety of creative and delicious ways—ranging from sauteed green beans with preserved lemons to a unique pesto made without any herbs, as well as a clever method for enhancing the flavor of pasta cooking water. Additionally, we will cover a technique to avoid the common pitfall of mushy, over-cooked shrimp. The menu is absolutely delicious, and we hope you’ll join us!
