Tuesday, September 9 11:30-2:30 p.m.

Greek baking is an art form that blends rich, centuries-old traditions with fresh, vibrant flavors. This class will focus on working with phyllo, which we’ll use in both a sweet and savory way. Together, we will make:

-Galaktoboureko: a traditional Greek dessert made with layers of crisp phyllo and a decadent creamy custard, all bathed in a scented syrup
-Spanakopita: the classic Greek spinach and feta pie, which we’ll make in individual triangles for the perfect appetizer

Allergy info: dairy, wheat, gluten, eggs

This class will be held in Nicole’s Kitchen, located in the community of Vintage Oaks in New Braunfels. Participants will receive an email one week prior to class with address and directions.

We're sorry, but this class is currently sold out. If you'd like to be notified if/when a spot becomes available, submit your email address below.
