If you are serious about learning to bake sourdough bread, this workshop is for you!  We’ll cover all aspects of creating and maintaining a healthy starter (participants can create the beginnings of a starter in class if desired), as well as the stages of making sourdough (autolyse, methods for building dough strength, stages of fermentation, shaping, and baking).

We’ll be giving away two Danish Dough Whisks, and each participant will receive a dough scraper to take home. A light snack will be provided.
