Thursday June 26th, 6-8 p.m.

The menu for this class highlights al fresco dining at its finest. We’ll use the freshest summer produce to create a variety of flavorful dishes with stunning presentations. We’ll make beautiful appetizer using one of summers most prolific veggies, learn to pan sear chops to perfection, and make an unconventional pesto that’s a refreshing change from the classic Genovese.

-Summer squash rolls with ricotta, mint, and hazelnuts
-Orzo al pesto di prezzemolo
-Pan roasted chops with fennel and rosemary
-Fresh peach gelato
