COOKING CLASSES

Nicole’s classes are always hands-on (the best way to learn!) and just might be the most fun you’ll have in the kitchen. Every class covers different culinary techniques and will introduce you to new ingredients and ways to use them.

Current class offerings are listed below, along with information about booking large group private events.

If a class is showing full, please consider joining the waitlist! You will receive an email should space become available; spots are filled on a first come, first served basis.

THE DISH ON OUR CLASSES…

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into our hands-on cooking experiences! Most classes are 2 hours in length, with time to enjoy your meal. Guests will be standing and cooking for the majority of class, therefore, we recommend comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Price is per person, and includes class, recipe packets, and meal. Allergy information is listed in the class descriptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made up to three weeks prior to class will receive a refund. Cancellations made within three weeks of class will be credited only if spot is filled. CREDIT CARD FEES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ALL REFUNDS. No refunds/credits for no-shows or cancellations within 48-hours; no exceptions.

PRIVATE EVENTS

Private cooking events are available for groups of 15-25 people, hosted at either Dry Comal Creek Vineyards or Gourmage. Dates are limited, please contact us for more details.

(Please note we no longer offer private in-home classes.)
